Mubasher: The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) said that its board has recommended to the ordinary general meeting a 35% cash dividend and bonus share, according to bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The board has proposed a 25% cash dividend or 25 fils per share, with an overall value of BHD 28.99 million.
Also, the board members have recommended 10% bonus shares or 1-for-10 shares to the entitled shareholders, the statement added.
